This home is the best place for a fishing trip, with an outside sink to clean fish and a path right down to the waters edge. The possibilities for photography are endless with the landscape changing every season. If you can tear yourself away from fishing, the privacy makes this cottage perfect for romantic getaways.

The elevation at this Vacation Rental is approximately 1100 feet above sea level. So, winter access is not a problem. Mount Shasta Ski park is only 30- 35 minutes up HWY 5. So Ski on the lake, and ski on the mountain all in the same day! Property also features a RV hook up for any size RV sewer and electric. So bring your boat, bring your RV, bring your ski's, and vacation on the water in Shasta Lake California.

Location makes for a fantastic Summer rental as well as a  Great Winter Rental as a base camp for Skiing  Mt Shasta.
