Payment:
This Property
requires a $300.00
Reservation/Damage Deposit, due at
booking. Reservation/Damage Deposits are
released after fourteen (14) days, pending the satisfactory
inspection of the property.
Rental &
Cleaning fees, are due 14 days prior to occupancy.
Reservations made less than 14 days prior to occupancy
will require the full amount paid by credit card at the
time of the reservation. If at any time you feel you
need assistance with this procedure please call us. |
